The Bimbler’s Bluff 50K Packet Pickup is at KC’s

Once again KC’s Restaurant and Pub is pleased to be a sponsor of the Bimbler’s Bluff 50K. This is an Ultra distance trail race using the trails of

Race packet pickup will take place at KC’s Pub on Saturday (October 22) evening from 5:00 pm. The pub is located at 725 Boston Post Rd, Guilford and we hope that anyone collecting their bibs that evening will stay for dinner to meet other Bluff participants. KC’s IS OFFERING A 10% DISCOUNT TO ANYONE SHOWING THEIR BIB. Please note that anyone collecting their bib on Saturday MUST also check in on Sunday to confirm you actually started the race.

KC’s gets behind the “Save the Guilford Fireworks” drive.

The Town of Guilford has canceled the town Fireworks this year due to budget contraints. Adrian Price and Ed Bartlett are actively trying to raise the $10,000.00 necessary to keep them. They have raised $5K (half) to date and KC’s Pub is helping in the effort.

On JUNE 16th, KC’s will donate a percentage of our dinner receipts to the fireworks cause. Please come in and eat a BIG meal and help in the effort to keep this Guilford tradition alive!

KC’s to support the “Coast to Coast for a Cure” bicycle ride on May 21st.

KC's Pub supposts lea's FoundationOn Saturday May 21st, KC’s will donate a portion of it’s proceeds from the dinner sales to help fund the Coast to Coast ride in support of Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research. Thomas Williams and three other riders will be riding their bicycles across the US, from San Francisco to the UCONN Med Center in Farmington, CT this summer in an effort to raise funds for the Foundation. Thomas and Jay Carney (one of the owners of KC’s Pub) run together in Ultra distance races, and would like to take this opportunity to invite everyone to come in and enjoy a nice evening (5-9pm) dinner at KC’s.
