The day was filled with the food of many excellent restaurants (KC’s Pub) and food establishments from Guilford and the Shoreline. KC’s Pub served up their Pulled Pork Sliders, a huge favorite with the crowd, with many people coming back for seconds and thirds. At a $1 a slider (with a side of coleslaw), it was the best bargin at the event! Even the bands that stopped by promoted our restaurant when they got on stage. We served over 400 Sliders and quite a few of our Chicken Pecan salads. Many local residents still did not know that KC’s had opened it’s doors in the old Chip’s Pub ll location and were glad to hear a family friendly restaurant with a sports bar flavor, was back in town.
